RFL Cheerleading Program Overview

The RFL Cheerleading Program is a recreational league that does not participate in cheerleading competitions.  The RFL Cheerleaders cheer for the RFL Football Teams. 

All games are held at the King Farm Mattie Stepnaik field located in Rockville, Maryland, with the exception of the Middle School League.  All cheerleading squads practice 1-2 times a week.  Practices begin in August and the game season begins on September 3rd and ends on November 21st.  Practice times and locations are dependent upon the head cheerleading coach.  

Registration

RFL Cheerleading registration opens for returning cheerleaders on May 15, 2010 and on June 1, 2010 for all new cheerleaders. 

Registration closes on August 18, 2010 register early as teams/squads may fill quickly.
